• Contact us within 14 days to return an item.
• Returns accepted for damaged items in transit or manufacturing only.
• We must receive and inspect item BEFORE refund is issued.
• Your handling and attitude of any return situation will be 100% reflected in our handling of said situation.
• Attempting to misuse, take advantage of, or exploit our return policy will result in being tortured by our Dungeon Ogres until a Soul Sucker makes time to devour your inner being permanently.
• The Wizard reserves the Right to require further information or refuse any return should shenanigans be honestly suspected.
