Shipping policy

The Wizard's Shipping Goblins do their best to load up the Delivery Griffon within 24 hours of receiving your order from the Messaging Owls. However, sometimes the Delivery Griffon has a belly ache, or the Shipping Goblins get too drunk and pass out, or the people start dancing around in specters of joyfulness and intoxication, due to any number of celebrations that pepper the annual cycle, preventing the Delivery Griffon from being able to get through traffic or the Shipping Goblins from coming in to work. So, be patient. If for whatever reason your wares are genuinely past due without any logical reason or expected correspondence, then by all means contact the Wizard and he will check his tome and find out what the Haides is going on. If there was a misstep, heads WILL roll.
